By using BestDecks.ca, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Service Description

BestDecks.ca is a deck building company operating across Canada. We design, permit, source materials for, and install custom decks through our network of licensed local BestDecks crews. Every project is performed under a single BestDecks contract with BestDecks.ca as the client-facing contracting party.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate property, project, and contact information when requesting a quote
• Disclose any underground utilities, easements, setbacks, or HOA restrictions relevant to the build site
• Ensure site access during scheduled build dates
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age and be the property owner or an authorized representative

Crew Network and Accountability

BestDecks.ca fulfills every project through licensed local crews that operate under the BestDecks name and BestDecks contract. Regardless of which local crew is assigned, your contract is with BestDecks.ca, and BestDecks.ca is responsible for workmanship, scheduling, and warranty service. You deal with one company from quote through handover.

Warranty

Every BestDecks build is covered by the BestDecks warranty: a structural guarantee on framing and foundations, a workmanship guarantee on the finished deck, and a single point of contact for warranty claims for the full warranty period disclosed in your signed contract. Warranty terms and durations are specified in each individual project contract and take precedence in the event of any conflict with this page.

Limitation of Liability

Except for obligations expressly stated in your signed project contract and the BestDecks warranty, BestDecks.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from project outcomes caused by client-supplied information, site conditions not disclosed at quote time, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
